Very nice studio with spacious balcony

A/C gives you nice coolness in the apartment, but it will be cool and fresh if you only have the ventilation door closed and the balcony doors open. Royal Rayong has a perfect location right next to the beautiful Mae Ramphueng beach. The condominiums, both spacious and well-planned, have unique large balconies. The Royal Rayong is a residential building that has really got a lift in recent years with all exteriors and communal areas are renovated. The area has 24 hour/day guard and a reception offering laundry and maid service. Between the building and the beach you will find a large and lovely pool area which is also renovated.

At the ground level under the pool, more and more businesses open, among others, two new restaurants. If you want to keep your body up to date there is a well-equipped gym and table tennis facilities. Free parking for condominium owners. Exterior corridors instead of indoor corridors is something appreciated by the residents of the house. The A/C units are placed off the balconies so they do not occupy that area with hot air and noise. Excellent for short or long term residents.
