Pinery Park was built in the mid 90’s and consists of several different types of houses, both semi-detached and detached villas. Many of the houses have undergone extensive renovations in recent years. In the area you will find a restaurant and a small service shop. There are several permanent residents from many different countries at Pinery Park which make the area alive all year long. A large private pool is available in the middle of the area.
The location is absolutely perfect right at Suan Son Beach which offers plenty of restaurants, 7-eleven and even a Big C Mini store at the entrance of the project. You quickly and easily take the short trip into the central Ban Phe by bike, motorcycle or local bus.
